All dollar amounts shown and transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Customer Service Policy

Global Sisters is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order within Australia and 15-21 days for International delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Returns Policy

Please review our Returns Policy in the FAQs which applies to products purchased from us. Global Sisters will not provide a refund if the monies received is by way of a donation.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be used to purchase in the Global Sisters online shop. When the item’s purchase price plus delivery is less than the gift certificate, the difference will remain ‘live’ on the gift certificate for future purchases within the gift certificate’s valid timeframe. Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase. Amounts shown on gift certificates are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
