Victoria has 17 years’ experience in the Retail industry, working across various roles as National Sales Manager, Buyer, Product Developer in clothing, accessories and jewellery. Victoria’s creativity and curiosity has taken her from small boutiques to high end fashion houses like Scanlan and Theodore and all the way to large corporates like Pacific Brands.
Using her entrepreneurial mindset, Victoria developed a fashion forward clothing brand that that was stocked in over 25 boutique stores. Her desire to contribute to the Australian Fashion Industry also saw her start a successful wholesale fashion agency which supplied top brands to over 200 stockists nationally.
Prior to having her daughter Grace, Victoria decided to branch out from fashion to dedicate time to her other passion of cooking; developing a busy catering business that provided fresh and delicious treats to cafes and corporate businesses.

Watching her mother achieve success while raising 3 children on her own, Victoria is a staunch advocate of women rights, Victoria commenced working at Global Sisters in 2018 as a product developer and during this time she was able to use her skillset in product development to help women create beautiful quality, on trend products to help them grow sustainable businesses and brighter futures.

More recently with the launch of the Global Sisters Marketplace, she has taken the role of Marketplace Curator and is excited to use her wealth of retail knowledge to help Sisters set up their own online shops.
