Pakiza Syed

Coaching & Pro Bono Services Lead

Pakiza has a background of working and volunteering in a range of organisations, focusing largely on education, training, and skills development. 

She has a Masters degree in Business Administration, with experience in teaching business studies, economics and sociology. She has also served as a head of an all-girls school, and later as an education consultant. Before joining Global Sisters, Pakiza was successfully managing a volunteer leadership development program which was designed to assist other not for profit organisations recover from the impact of COVID 19. Her areas of expertise also include the likes of organising the local area Volunteer Managers’ Network and has a strong focus on building partnerships and cooperative work practices.

One of her passions includes volunteering within her community at any given time, with the purpose of contributing her academic, training and development skills wherever needed. 

Pakiza is a mother of two, and enjoys cooking, reading, and going for walks.
