She has worked within large corporates, political offices, creative agencies, sport and wellbeing industries, as well as small businesses, having run a small global business within the surf industry and built and run her own consulting business. Her strengths lie in building trusted, long-term relationships, developing clear and achievable strategies, and moving comfortably from boardroom strategy to hands-on delivery. She is a warm and thoughtful communicator who thrives on bringing people together around a shared purpose.
