Madeline Jubb

Social Impact Measurement Coordinator

Madeline’s 15-year career in the community services sector has shaped her deep passion for research and community projects centring on social justice. Madi has worked closely with women and young people in a variety of front-facing roles within not-for-profit, NGO, and female-led contexts. Madi is a strong believer in being led by the people we are assisting and doing things with – not for others. Her working positionality maintains that change comes through deep listening, collaboration, and being led by the people whose lives we are assisting through practice and community service. She has worked on a variety of projects that have aimed to create community change, enhance inclusion, and recognise the individual. Madi brings with her a research degree in social sciences and is working with Global Sisters to elevate the voices of the women we back.
She has spent time overseas travelling, working, and studying sociology – and is forever curious about the human experience and how systemic changes occur.
Madi also works on a business start-up and can relate to the devotion and support required to move a business idea forward. In her spare time, Madi loves teaching yoga, and practices yoga regularly in her hometown of Newcastle, beautiful Awabakal Country.
