Liz was born on the land of the Wurundjeri people in Naarm/Melbourne.
Liz has extensive experience supporting communities to catalyse and lead place-based change through social impact measurement and collaborative design. Liz has a Master in Evaluation with deep experience designing and using methodology to understand how social change initiatives impact communities. Through her consulting work, Liz has supported organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific to maximise their impact by applying evidence to inform the design and iteration of strategy and programs.
Liz also has a strong grounding previous experience working directly with community members experiencing homelessness in Melbourne. This experience working with women and children drives the passion for the work that Liz does and her strong belief in the incredible strength of women and their ability to uplift those around them.
Liz has led teams of practitioners using evaluation and design methodologies in her roles at Oaktree and Clear Horizon Consulting. Through this work Liz worked cross-culturally and used participatory methods to facilitate the trust and empathy building needed to learn from one another and create lasting impact. This includes working closely with First Nations girls and women, and within Djirra, an Aboriginal-led family violence organisation.
