Jessica Cameron

Jessica’s passion is to create inclusive and energetic workplaces where people can thrive and learn while contributing to society.  She has a wealth of experience in talent, organisational and team development and has worked with a range of companies and organisations, including Mars Incorporated; who are consistently named as one of the best places to work by Gallup and GPTW.  Jessica has also worked to help organisations design talent pipelines that develop underrepresented backgrounds to ensure access and has facilitated workshops for disadvantaged students in soft-skills for the workplace.

Jessica has a passion for STEM and empirical approaches to behaviour and is currently studying 4th year psychology at the University of Newcastle. She has a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Newcastle and Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.

Jessica lives at Lake Macquarie with her husband, two young children and two thriving bee hives.
