Clare Reilly

Clare is a highly skilled professional with experience in outdoor education, program management, and teaching. With ten years of experience working in administration roles in various capacities, she has demonstrated her ability to be learning agile and a dedication to following established policies and procedures to navigate challenging environments. Clare possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, interests, and needs.
As the director of Wollangarra Outdoor Education Centre, Clare has proven her expertise in budget management and staff mentoring. She has also shown her ability to organise and facilitate meetings, maintain and write reports in a timely manner, and coordinate staff annual reviews. Clare has a friendly and approachable manner that enables her to work collaboratively with a range of people in achieving goals.
In addition to her professional experience, Clare is a successful blogger, disability advocate, and podcast host of the MS Understood podcast.
Clare has a Bachelor of Arts (Outdoor Education), Graduate Diploma of Primary Education and is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science.
