It is believed that when you hang a dreamcatcher nearby as you sleep, the web will trap the bad dreams to be burned by the first light of morning. The good dreams will pass through the web and down the ribbons and fibres to the sleeping one, providing good thoughts and protection. Capture your dreams with this beautiful handmade dreamcatcher in natural textiles. Made from natural jute and twine and a collection of fabrics from around the world – 100% Australian wool, handspun merino yarn and chunky merino yarn, cotton lace and cotton rope from Australia; ecru pompom cotton trim, crochet cotton trim, cotton fringe and recycled silk sari yarn from India; plus luxe cotton tassels and cotton fringe from the US. Our dreamcatcher is the result of a collaboration between two of our Australian Sisters led by Yassie Osman with support from our newest Sister, Lauraline K’hser.
