Mother’s Day Giveaway terms and conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this giveaway is Global Sisters Limited, ACN: 36162363180, Address: PO Box 4077, North Curl Curl, NSW 2099 Email: Hello@globalsisters.org, based in New South Wales, Australia. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by MECCA.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open exclusively to members of the Global Sisters Solo Mums Community who are residents of Australia.
  • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are ineligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway opens on 11 May and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025.
  • Only entries received during this period will be considered valid.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must enrol in and attend at least one Global Sisters program (live or self-guided) during the giveaway period.
  • Each program attended counts as one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple program attendances equal multiple entries.
  • Participation will be verified through registration and/or attendance records.

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $100 MECCA gift card.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • MECCA has no involvement in or connection with this promotion.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Tuesday 1st of July.
  • The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently by the promoter.
  • The winner will be contacted via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.

7. Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must claim their prize within seven (7) days of being notified.
  • If the prize is not claimed within this time, a redraw may take place.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information provided for this giveaway will only be used to administer the promotion and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. General

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
