Maria Jose Valenzuela is a migrant living in Byron Bay (Bundjalung), land of the Arakwal people, the Minjungbal people and the Widjabul people.
Maria had worked as a designer in Europe for many years and after a cancer diagnosis, her life changed for good. Her personal practice of yoga and holistic well-being changed her life, and after studying she now offers holistic health and wellness consulting and products to her clients.
AyurvedaSOL. AyurvedaSOL was created to share ayurvedic practices to tackle health concerns in a natural, holistic, body/mind inclusive way. AyurvedaSOL has a range of products from its signature program “5 day detox” box, to re-establish digestion and eating patterns to herbs to regulate the gut and promote sleep, spices to balance your bio-type, and oils and delicious floral sprays to keep your senses refreshed and and toned to uplift your mood and overall wellness at anytime.
Online and in-person Holistic/Ayurvedic consultations are provided to clients to re-establish eating patterns, lifestyle and the release of blockages that are preventing overall joy and health. Combining ancestral Ayurvedic teachings, Yoga, Pranayama, Somatic exercises and energetic practises, Maria creates tailored programs for each client.
Sister Pitch Asks: Maria is looking to access distribution networks and stockists for the “5 day Detox Boxes” around Australia and potentially internationally.
She is also seeking support with growing her brand awareness for AyurvedaSOL through strategic marketing guidance and/or brand collaborations.

Maria dream is to expand from her home into a more professional environment to enable production, face to face consultations and treatments. She is looking for a wellness space in Byron Bay or its surrounds to become a home for AyurvedaSOL.
