Now a little bit about us. GLOBAL SISTERS IS…a community of women who are creating a better world for ourselves, our families and our communities through business. From the home-based catering business to an eco-home stay to a kids coding school, and everything in between, we support all kinds of businesses that are building a more equitable future for all of us.

We know that it’s not always possible to access work that fits in with your circumstances but we also know that the thought of going it alone in business can be incredibly daunting. We know that the barriers to business are real and we also know the stats around small business failure.

But based on our experience over the last 4 years, we see things differently. Business doesn’t have to be a large investment with a looming date of financial success or failure. Women do business differently and Global Sisters supports women to do business in a way that celebrates their circumstances, rather than in spite of them. We believe business IS possible for all Australian women with the right support.
