What is our Corporate Coaching Program?
The Micro Business Coaching Program is a skilled volunteer coaching program which provides your employees with the ability to share their skills and experience with Sisters (our community of women starting new micro businesses). For Sisters, this program is called the First 10 Customers program, which is critical to helping Sisters overcome the barriers of early-stage business and enable them to start generating income.
Through your company’s involvement, you’ll be directly supporting diverse female-led businesses and helping to accelerate women’s economic security, all the while delivering on your DEI and ESG commitments.

About Global Sisters
We make business possible for all women, irrespective of their circumstances – providing them the opportunity to generate income flexibly, so they own their economic future.We provide a life cycle of comprehensive, free, flexible and accessible micro business support so women can thrive in business. However, our mission extends to help them leverage that income for long term economic security via self-employment. Our systems change interventions target long-term economic security for women, by addressing the very barriers that inhibit them.
